our company
Zire Building Services was established by John and Belinda Luamanu in 2024
John Luamanu has six years of asset management experience in the Defence Force, Mid Central Health and the Justice and Corrections Facilities. He is also a registered plumber and gasfitter bringing practical knowledge and skills to the role.
Belinda Luamanu is the other half of Zire Building Services, she has created and sold two local businesses and has worked alongside John the last few years learning the asset verification process.
